Workbook Form

In order to provide for continuous reporting, the Voluntary Reporting of Greenhouse Gases Program has developed easy-to-use Microsoft® Excel based Workbook Forms. These workbooks should be used to complete Start Year and Reporting Year reports for the 2010 Reporting Cycle.

Reporting Steps

1. Use the updated Getting Started Tool to generate a customized check-list indicating which workbooks and sections within the workbooks you will need to download and complete.

2. Download and Complete appropriate workbooks

3. Combine all completed workbooks into a single zip file and submit to EIA via Secure File Transfer (SFT)

Each workbook contains instructions on how to complete the workbook in its Introduction tab. For general instructions on how the entire reporting process works you can download a PDF version of the PowerPoint Instructions.

Form EIA-1605 has been split up by schedule and addenda into the following workbooks in order to reduce the overall size of the files reporters will need to download and submit to EIA:

Submission

Once you have completed all necessary workbooks, zip all files and upload them to EIA using Secure File Transfer (SFT).
