About the Division
The Air and Land Programs Division is comprised of five separate Programs. Each Program was created by a different local law and responsible for the implementation of specific local and federal statues and regulations. Each Program is responsible for rulemaking, permitting, inspections, compliance monitoring, and enforcement for their specified area.
