Brooklyn, N.Y. – Congresswoman Yvette D. Clarke released the following statement to commemorate the One Hundred Fourth Anniversary of the founding of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., an international sorority of which she is a member:
“Both the United States and Israel have pledged to support a negotiated settlement that guarantees the security of the State of Israel and establishes a peaceful Palestinian state – commonly known as the ‘two-state solution.’ Any final status agreement will depend on direct bilateral negotiations between Israelis and Palestinians.
