Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and Capacity Building In Action: Water and Energy Efficiency: The Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) and Sustainable Systems Teams at EPA are hosting a series of webinars to highlight ways in which DWSRF set-asides and infrastructure project assistance can be used to build capacity at drinking water systems.
