State Technical Committee
The State Technical Committee (STC) provides advice on a wide variety of policy issues to NRCS. Although State Technical Committees have no implementation or enforcement authority, USDA gives strong consideration to the Committee's recommendations. More about STC.

Wisconsin's Technical Service Providers are professionals that help provide technical assistance to landowners and farmers under one of the 2002 Farm Bill conservation programs.
