- More than 80 veterans of the Korean War arrived in the nation’s capital this week for a visit to the Korean War Memorial, and to recall their wartime experiences.
- With acts of terrorism always a possibility, it’s every airman’s duty to remain vigilant and report suspicious activity when they see it. That’s where the Eagle Eyes program plays a vital role.
- Hey Maryland, U.S. Navy ships are headed your way as part of the inaugural Fleet Week from Oct. 10-17.
- From the classroom to field operations, Marines train to be squad leaders.
- Yesterday, President Obama visited troops stationed at Fort Lee, Virginia, to thank them for their service and said the nation will honor its debts to those who serve.
- Six individuals and one organization were recipients of this year’s Spirit of Hope Award, defined as American heroes who have selflessly supported the troops around the world.
