The Workforce Development and Education Programs ensure that the Department of Energy (DOE), national laboratories, and the nation have a sustained pipeline of highly skilled and diverse science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) workers. This is accomplished with various programs for middle and high school students up to undergraduate and graduate students. These programs inspire students to explore sustainable energy solutions to meet future energy needs.
