About the Aquatics Program
The Tuolumne County Recreation Department operates four public swimming pools and offers a variety of programs at each site.  The Columbia Pool, Sonora Pool, Tuolumne Pool and the Twain Harte Pool are for the enjoyment of kids young and old and offer both recreational and educational programs and activities.  The aquatics programming offered at these sites includes:   

Aquatic fitness classes Family nights Lap swimming Recreational swimming

Swimming lessons Training and certification courses  Youth competitive swimming instruction

 
Aquatics Season
All of the scheduled aquatic programming listed above is offered during the summer months of June - August.  The pools are available to be rented for private use from May - September any time that the pool is not already scheduled for use.
