The Housing Loan Review Committee considers and approves applications for assistance that are submitted by clients participating in the County's First Time Homebuyer and Owner Occupied Rehabilitation Programs.

The membership of the Committee is comprised of:

One member of the Board of Supervisors, who serves as Chair;
One banking/lending representative;
One Housing-related non-profit organization representative;
Two real estate industry representatives, who have financial and/or construction experience;
One member of the Community Resources Agency's Planning Division; and
The Tuolumne County Chief Building Official.
