Glenn Rotondo, Acting Regional AdministratorWelcome to the New England Region for the U.S. General Services Administration. Our mission is to use our expertise to provide innovative solutions for our customers in support of their missions, fostering an effective, sustainable and transparent government for the American people.

The New England Region provides federal agencies with smart workplaces, state-of-the-art technology, and a wide variety of services ranging from real property management to personal property disposal. We also provide consulting services to connect small business owners, contractors, and vendors with federal government agencies in need of their services.

Our real estate portfolio consists of 104 federal buildings and 312 leases throughout Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont. In addition, the New England Region manages and maintains 33 land ports of entry and 7 border patrol stations representing 25% of the land ports of entry nationwide. We also handle real property disposal for New York, Puerto Rico, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Wisconsin, and the U.S. Virgin Islands in addition to New England.
