We work with national wildlife refuges throughout the Midwest Region (Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, and Wisconsin) to develop long-term management plans called "comprehensive conservation plans."
Branch staff also prepare environmental documentation associated with establishing new refuges or acquiring land for existing refuges.
This site offers information about current comprehensive conservation planning projects in the Midwest Region (3) and provides completed CCPs in portable document format (pdf). If the information you are looking for isn't on our website, please call Branch Chief Jeanne Holler at 612/713-5327.
