  • Enterprise Green Communities provides a framework and resources for delivering unprecedented energy, environmental and health benefits to low- and moderate-income families in neighborhoods across the United States. The Enterprise Green Communities Criteria helps bring the health, economic and environmental benefits of sustainable construction to affordable housing. It has helped to create or rehabilitate more than 38,000 healthy homes. Enterprise Green Communities is also testing financing models to help fund the green retrofit of existing affordable homes. Most recently, in partnership with Bank of America, Enterprise provided entity-level loans to selected high-capacity housing owners to make energy-efficiency upgrades to their affordable housing properties, while Enterprise Green Communities’ eco-district work focuses on taking lessons learned on the building level and applying them to the community scale.
  • Enterprise Community Investment, a subsidiary of Enterprise Community Partners is one of the main vehicles through which Enterprise brings capital into projects, including Housing Credit (LIHTC) equity, New Markets Tax Credits, Development & consulting through Enterprise Homes, and Multifamily & commercial real estate lending through Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital LLC.
  • Enterprise Community Asset Management oversees a portfolio of homes financed by Housing Credit investments – from project construction, lease-up and completion throughout the 15-year Housing Credit compliance.
