EM Health and Safety Plan Guidelines
Canceled, Effective October 2001, due to FY 2001 Sunset Review
These guidelines have been developed by a working group consisting of both field and headquarters personnel to provide new direction to the EM-40 program in the preparation of sitespecific Health and Safety Plans (HASPs).
