2017 Headquarters Facilities Master Security Plan - Chapter 15, Outprocessing
This chapter describes the security actions that must be taken whenever a HQ Federal employee or contractor terminates their employment or transfers from one HQ program element to another. Such actions include terminating security clearances, changing safe/door combinations, revising access lists, removing classification officer certification, and recovering keys and security equipment. Security outprocessing actions are taken by the Headquarters Security Officer (HSO) of the program element that is losing the employee. This chapter is maintained by the HSO Program Manager in AU-42.
