This notice describes the privacy policy of John Hancock Life Insurance Company (John Hancock) and Metropolitan Life Insurance Company (MetLife) for the Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program (Federal Program).

John Hancock and MetLife follow the same policy for protecting any/all of your information we may have under the Federal Program. This notice refers to each company as “us”, “we”, or “our”, and refers to any other company in either the John Hancock or MetLife family of companies as an “Affiliate”. Long Term Care Partners, LLC, which administers the Federal Program, also follows the same privacy policy.
