Oregon Integrated Contingency Plan
The Oregon DEQ and two other agencies have joined forces to offer Oregon businesses, industrial plants and government facilities the Oregon Integrated Contingency Plan and guidance outline to help deal with certain types of oil and hazardous substance spills or releases. The single-facility response plan is only for accidental releases or spills of oil and non-radiological hazardous substances.
