Title: ROE Gulf of Mexico Hypoxia Data
Abstract: This dataset describes dissolved oxygen levels in the Gulf of Mexico. Individual sampling sites are represented by point data. The background polygon shows areas where the dissolved oxygen concentration is less than 2.0 milligrams per liter. The data were collected during the summer of 2014 by the Louisiana Universities Marine Consortium (LUMCON).
Purpose: These data were created for use on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Report on the Environment website.
