The National Wildlife Refuge System is looking for people who show determination, persistence, imagination – and a passion for conserving America's natural heritage. Refuges need employees with skills in planning, biological monitoring and habitat conservation, contaminants management, visitor services, outreach and environmental education, heavy equipment operation, law enforcement, fire management and more. There are opportunities for graduate and undergraduate students as well as individuals at every level of the career ladder.

Now away at college, she volunteers to help with youth programs during her breaks, prompting her to create this video which she calls Youth Effects. | |
