National Engineering Handbook
This manual furnishes the policy needed to provide uniform high quality in NRCS engineering. It is essential that NRCSCS provide consistent quality engineering and that conservation practices be of the appropriate level of quality to insure proper functioning, with the planned maintenance, throughout their design life.
