The Fishers and Farmers Partnership for the Upper Mississippi River Basin held a very successful meeting at the Meramec State Park near Sullivan, Mo.  The focus of the meeting was the partnerships strategic plan.  The current draft was edited by the group and sections were assigned to board members.  The group came to consensus on several key sections of the document.

The Partnership Mission: Fishers & Farmers Partnership for the Upper Mississippi River Basin advances long-term strategies for stream health and sustainable agriculture.  The group will apply for full partnership to the National Board in December, 2009.
