Stephanie Acri has lived in Moline since 1994. She was appointed to the City Council in April of 2011 as the Alderman-at-Large and elected in 2013.  Her term expires on April 30, 2017.

Supports

Alderman Acri enthusiastically supports excellent roads and water, sewer, and safety services to improve the quality of life of Moline's residents and to attract new businesses and new residential development to Moline.

Involvement
Alderman Acri is active in the community, currently serving on the Junior Achievement of the Heartland Board and the Amy Helpenstell Foundation Advisory Committee.  She has volunteered for various organizations over the past 10 years including serving on boards for the Two Rivers YMCA, Trinity Medical Center, QC Chamber of Commerce, Work Force Development as well as many other boards and committees. 

Education & Employment
Alderman Acri is a graduate of Oelwein High School, Oelwein, Iowa. She received a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Iowa. Alderman Acri owns and operates Evans Premium Manufacturing. This manufacturing company is located in Rock Island and specializes in the production of cylindrical steel parts for the agricultural and construction industries.

Family & Free Time
In her free time, Alderman Acri enjoys traveling, exercising, home improvement projects, spending time outdoors and with her family. She has three children; McClain is a High School Senior and participates in Cross Country, Robotics, Bowling and Track with plans to pursue Engineering, Joey studies Fine Arts at the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design, and Tim received a degree in Biochemistry from Augustana and is currently studying for a PhD, specializing in nanoparticle research at the University of Iowa.
