The Moline Public Library Board seeks to promote the power of lifelong learning to its diverse community through quality resources and services of the Moline Public Library. Board goals include:

Fully Fund Annual Budget Requests to Ensure a Vibrant Library
Expand Collaborative Library / Community Partnerships
Be the Most Technologically Advanced Library in the Quad-City Area
Increase Community Awareness, Use, and Support
Ensure Materials Meet the Needs and Demands of the Community
Ensure Buildings are Properly Maintained in order to Retain Aesthetic Appeal, Safety Features, and Quality Environments
