Reno’s urban landscape is changing fast. Developers started dropping millions of dollars on new projects in 2016 and city planners received feedback from multiple organizations, including the Urban Land Institute, to improve its master plan, zoning and city planning methods. Combined with the Regional Transportation Commission’s plans to rebuild Virginia Street, changes will continue in Reno over the next year. These are the seven developments to watch in 2017.
