Overview
Title:  Product Base Line Index (PBLI)
Scope:  A Product Base line Index (PBII) is a current listing of documentation which comprises the authorized configuration identification of an equipment/system being procured. The principal use is to provide the contracting activity a basis for review and evaluation of the equipment/system being procured.
