Under the DON ESL IT Efficiencies initiative, the Department of the Navy Enterprise Software Licensing ActivIdentity Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) was awarded on April 10, 2014 to Software Information Resource Corporation (SIRC) for an estimated $8,110,000. The agreement (N66001-14-A-0059) includes a base year and four one-year options. The estimated savings of the ESL over historical costs is approximately $6 million over the five-year period.
