Northern Mid-Columbia Joint Project; Grant, Douglas, and Chelan Counties, Washington
Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) issued a finding of no significant impact, which includes a floodplain statement of findings, for the proposed Northern Mid-Columbia Joint Project, a 230-kilvolt transmission line proposed by BPA and the Public Utility Districts of Grant, Chelan, and Douglas Counties, Washington. BPA prepared a Mitigation Action Plan (MAP) that identifies the mitigation measures that BPA and Douglas Public Utility District are committed to implementing.
