  We review and comment on State and Federal environmental documents, helping to minimize impacts on fish and wildlife species and their habitats. We help landowners develop Habitat Conservation Plans. Note that the organization formerly known as BDCP - Bay Delta Conservation Plan - has been split into California WaterFix and California EcoRestore.
