Cincinnati - The Department of Energy (DOE) today awarded a contract to Enviro Compliance Solutions Inc. of Tustin, California to perform environmental sampling, monitoring services and analysis of ongoing cleanup activities being performed at the West Valley Demonstration Project in western New York.
