We are excited to bring you ENERGY STAR’s brand new blog, The ENERGY STAR Current! This blog has been in the works for quite some time and those here at EPA are excited to finally bring it to those interested in learning more about protecting the climate by saving energy. Every Wednesday you will find new blog posts from the experts at ENERGY STAR, and guest posts from those working with us to help bring energy saving tips and information to the American public. There are a lot of innovative advancements coming in the world of energy efficiency, and this blog is our way of helping you to make your home, your workplace and your community more energy efficient.

Today we wanted to start off by asking what you would like to see in The ENERGY STAR Current. This blog is all about helping you do your part in fighting climate change, so we want to make sure that we are covering the topics that matter most in your world. Do you want to know more about how ENERGY STAR works? How products, buildings and homes are certified for the label? Would you like to read about the new specifications coming down the pike that will make the products you purchase and the buildings you live and work in more efficient? Use the comment section to leave us your ideas. We want this to be your #1 place to turn for news and dialogue on the energy saving movement, so please interact with our blog community and let your thoughts be heard.

We look forward to interacting with you and hope that you spread the word about our blog to your connections. To learn more check out the ENERGY STAR Website.
