Roger C. Rocha, Jr.

Roger C. Rocha, Jr. is the National President of the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) our nation’s largest and oldest Latino civil rights and community service organization. A resident of Laredo, Texas, Mr. Rocha was elected to LULAC’s highest office on July 11, 2015.

He has served in numerous positions within LULAC such as the State Director for Texas and National Treasurer and currently serves on the LULAC National Board, the LULAC National Education Service Centers (LNESC) Board, and as Chairman of the Board of SER Jobs for Progress National.

He earned his undergraduate degree in history with a minor in political science in 1993 and received his master’s degree in business administration from Texas A&M University at Laredo. His professional career began by working for AT&T for 16 years and he currently owns Rocha Primary Care, LLC which is a licensed home health care facility that provides medical services to our nation’s veterans and is President and CEO of the Inferno Group, LLC.
