Emily Duong - National Director for Petrocon Corporation
Emily Duong was the 2013 Pacific Miss Asian America representing the United States for Miss Asia World. She received degrees in Communications and Business Administration from George Mason University’s School of Social Science and Humanities. Ms. Duong is the External Vice President of the Mid-Atlantic Union of Vietnamese Students Association (MAUVSA) highly involved in the national Asian-American community, holding executive and leadership position in non-profit organizations to promote academia, cultural awareness and philanthropy through cultural exchange and scholarships. She has been invited to speak at universities and conferences across the country to present on empowerment and inspiration to young students and professionals.
She is currently the National Director for Petrocon Corporation; a company that supplies energy resources ranging from petroleum, electricity, and natural gas for the heavy and construction industry. Through her community and professional channels, Emily speaks out on the importance of STEM education, climate changes, and energy economic development.
