Dr. J’Tia Hart - Research Analyst, National Nuclear Security Administration, U.S. Department of Energy
Dr. Hart is a nuclear engineer currently working at the Department of Energy as a research analyst concentrating on the nuclear fuel cycle. She holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Florida State University and advanced degrees in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.
Recognized as an exceptional young leader and selected as a White House Fellowship Finalist in 2011, J’Tia enjoys sharing her experiences to inspire youth. Recently, she led the Argonne National Laboratory/ACT-SO High School Research Program, an in-depth research, mentoring and enrichment program highlighting the talents of African-American high school students
