The Department of Energy, Office of Project Management Oversight and Assessments (PM), is pleased to announce the 2017 Project Management Workshop. The workshop continues the tradition of providing opportunity to discuss projects and project challenges with senior leadership, share lessons learned, and recognize excellence. This workshop is a designated DOE training event with Continuing Learning Points (CLPs) awarded for each full day of attendance.

| Who Should Attend: | The Project Management Workshop is for everyone engaged in DOE project management to include federal and contract employees. The target audience is DOE federal employees who are federal project directors, work in project controls, program/staff office representatives, contracting officers and contractors, academics, and others in the DOE project management community.
The target audience for the Project Controls Workshop (March 23) is federal and contractor staff who focus on or interface with project controls and earned value management. This includes project directors/managers, project control staff, program/staff office representatives, and contract management staff. |
| Cost: | There is no registration fee, but attendees’ organizations are responsible for travel, food, and lodging expenses, if the attendee is on TDY. Meals are not included in the program. |

| Continuous Learning Points: | Attendees at the PM Workshop can earn Continuing Learning Points (CLPs) for each day of attendance. Attendees will earn 8 CLPs per day for attending on March 21st and 22nd. Attendees will earn 4 CLPs for attending on March 23rd. |
