Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS)
This is the official site for the electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS). The use of eSRS promises to create higher visibility and introduce a more transparency into the process of gathering information on federal subcontracting accomplishments.

Federal Business Opportunities
FBO.gov or Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) is where you can find procurement opportunities for the Federal government. Government users post details of opportunities at FBO.gov. 

FedConnect
An online marketplace where federal agencies can post announcements and make awards.

Federal Procurement Data System – Next Generation (FPDS-NG)
Official federal government website used report on all contract actions using appropriated funds as specified in FAR 4.6 whose estimated value is $3,500 or more or that may be $3,500 or more.  This website is useful for finding out when contracts expire, finding a possible Mentor to name a few.  DOE agency code is 8900.

GRANTS.GOV
Website for federal agencies to post discretionary funding opportunities and for grantees to find and apply to them.

Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA)
The Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) was originally established as the Office of Minority Business Enterprise by President Richard M. Nixon on March 5, 1969. By establishing a federal agency dedicated exclusively to minority business enterprise, President Nixon recognized the impact of minority businesses on the nation’s economy and on the general welfare of the country.

Small Business Administration (SBA)
In the Small Business Act of July 30, 1953, Congress created the Small Business Administration, whose function was to "aid, counsel, assist and protect, insofar as is possible, the interests of small business concerns."; The charter also stipulated that SBA would ensure small businesses a "fair proportion"; of government contracts and sales of surplus property.

Small Business Dashboard
The Small Business dashboard provides Contract information specific to Small Business. In addition, the Presidential Memorandum on the Interagency Task Force on Federal Contracting Opportunities for Small Businesses, which was signed on April 26, 2010, requires that "within 90 days of the date of this memorandum, the Assistant to the President and Chief Technology Officer and the Federal Chief Information Officer, in coordination with the Task Force, shall develop a website that illustrates the participation of small businesses, including those owned by women, minorities, socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and service-disabled veterans of our Armed Forces, in Federal contracting". This effort will enhance transparency and help Federal agencies and the public assess the government's performance in meeting statutory goals for small business contracting.
