Columbia Residential is a 22 year-old integrated development company, comprising master planning, development, project management, construction management, and property management disciplines. As a company, Columbia Residential specializes in developing and managing mixed-income affordable communities throughout the southeastern United States. Its experience covers the entire spectrum of residential housing, with a particular focus on multifamily and senior housing properties.

Columbia Residential works to develop high quality affordable and mixed-income housing, while applying sustainable and energy-efficient building practices. To meet the goals of the Better Buildings Challenge, it will continue to develop projects that meet EarthCraftTM and LEED® standards in many of its residential developments. Columbia Residential has been applying for ENERGY STAR® ratings for over 10 years, and currently 9 of its most recent facilities are being, or already are built to, LEED Gold and Silver standards.
