This Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) runs concurrently with its underlying GSA Schedule and its period of performance expected to be a minimum of five years. This BPA been designated as a GSA SmartBUY is open for ordering by all Department of Defense (DoD) Components, and authorized contractors and all Federal agencies.

Ordering is de-centralized and It is the responsibility of the Ordering Officer to ensure compliance with all fiscal laws prior to issuing an order under this BPA, and to ensure that the vendor selected represents the best value for the requirement being ordered (see FAR 8.404).
