Federal Register Notices

The United States Fish and Wildlife Service is the principal Federal agency dedicated to fish and wildlife conservation. We use the federal register for announcing and explaining our plans to solve problems and accomplish goals, and give interested persons an opportunity to submit comments to improve the proposed or final regulation. Announcements can also include advance notices of proposed rulemaking, petitions for rulemaking, negotiated rulemakings, and various proposed determinations and interpretations.

Federal Register notices of proposed and final regulations and policies, and other announcements can be found on the  Regulations.gov site.
