Hospitality

Sector: Hospitality

The Hospitality sector includes more than 4 billion square feet of floor area nationally, encompassing nearly 5 million guest rooms. Hospitality partners represent 1 billion square feet, or 24% of the hospitality sector’s total market floorspace. Every year, the hospitality sector spends more than $7 billion on energy. If every hospitality property in the US reduced energy cost by just 10%, the sector would save $730 million annually.
