The Branch of Engineering Services is responsible for Service-wide/National-level management and implementation of enterprise infrastructure services including web hosting, development, virtualization and storage platforms, directory services (Active Directory) and Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS) and database management systems. The Engineering Services Branch is also responsible for the design, implementation and management of a variety of collaboration services/tools such as Service Intranet (i.e. InsideFWS and SharePoint), virtual desktop technologies and MyAccount self-service portal.
