Summary:
Reclamation proposes to facilitate the exchange of up to 30,000 acre-feet of Arvin-Edison’s available water supplies in San Luis Reservoir for San Joaquin River water that is anticipated to be released for delivery to the Exchange Contractors via the San Joaquin River by Reclamation. Due to the current hydrologic and regulatory conditions, only 40 percent of the Exchange Contractor’s water supply can be delivered from Delta sources.
