Summary:
Reclamation proposes to execute four San Luis Unit interim renewal contracts beginning March 1, 2013 for the Cities of Avenal, Coalinga, Huron, and Department of Fish and Game (DFG). The Cities of Avenal, Coalinga, Huron, and DFG are currently on their second interim renewal contract and this Proposed Action will be their third. The four interim renewal contracts will be renewed for a two-year period from March 1, 2013 through February 28, 2015.
