PARS IIe has adopted alternative training strategy that increases training efficiency while reducing time commitment required from our users. We no longer provide day-long training sessions and instead offer technology-driven on-demand training videos as well as short, targeted live webinar.
PARS IIe Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Release
New CUI capabilities were succesfully released into production environment and PM-30 held several webinars to familiarize users with minor changes that impact them. On-Demand Training Videos
Many of the screens across PARS IIe system contain tutorial icon in bottom right corner of the screen. Clicking on this tutorial icon will start a brief video that will take user through the functionality available and its use. All such tutorials are 1 to 2 minutes long and provide very basic "refresher" of features and capabilities available to the user.
Webinars
PMOA periodically hosts short (30 to 45 minutes long) webinars that can be helpful in addressing specific comments or questions from the users. Webinar topics and schedules are announced to the PARSIIe User community via email. Training & Support Documentation
Support section of the PARS IIe system contains PARSIIe White Papers (1-page instruction/training documents) and other support and trainign documentation explaining usage and step-by-step instructions for functions within the system. Topics such as “Attach Project Document”, “Configure Email Notifications and Alerts”, etc. can be found there and viewed at any time by all users. This training and support documentation is available to all PARS IIe Users and can be accessed by logging in to PARS IIe and navigating to Support site.
