#5 Catalog all API’s in the Reusable Component Service (RCS)

All API’s are cataloged in RCS unless they specifically relate to a dataset. Those API’s will be document in EDG. Developer Central will serve as the API catalog for developers pulling data from both RCS and EDG using their APIs.
