Does EIA have data on U.S. oil refineries and their locations?

The U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) has data on the capacity, ownership, and location by state of individual U.S. oil refineries in Tables 3, 4, and 5 of the Refinery Capacity Report. The location of refineries is also available in EIA’s U.S. Energy Mapping System.
