Felicity Jones

Disney, who owns the right for Star Wars franchise these days, is all about girl power, since their latest addition to the Star Wars family is once again carried on by a female lead. This time around it was 33-year-old British actress Felicity Jones, who played brave maverick Jyn Erso in Rogue One. Jones was running and saving the world quite a lot this year. She starred alongside Nicholas Hoult in the action thriller Collide, then helped Tom Hanks crack the secrets of Inferno and finally played a terminally ill mother of the main character in A Monster Calls.
