Erin R. Pierce - Former Digital Communications Specialist, Office of Public Affairs
Erin Pierce is a former Digital Communications Specialist in the Office of Public Affairs at the Department of Energy. She works as part of the Energy.gov team – creating digital and social media content related to the Energy Department’s work to advance clean, renewable energy sources across the nation – including solar, wind and water power. Erin also uses digital platforms to highlight the Department’s efforts to keep America competitive in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) – including this ongoing Women @ Energy series on Pinterest. On her off days, Erin enjoys exploring the city on long weekend runs, reading a lot and traveling wherever, whenever possible.
