This document waives certain patent rights the Department of Energy (DOE) has to inventions conceived or first actually reduced to practice by CONSORTIUM FOR ADVANCED SIMULATION OF LIGHT WATER REACTORS under agreement DE-FOA-0000170, as the DOE has determined that granting such a waiver best serves the interests of the United States and the general public.
