3 Phases Renewables


January 2011 - The Thousand Oaks (Calif.) City Council approved a three-year contract with 3 Phases Renewables to provide approximately 8.6 million kilowatt-hours (kWh) of wind-generated energy for 16 of its largest energy accounts, including City Hall, the Civic Arts Plaza, Grant R. Brimhall Library, Municipal Services Center and Los Robles Golf Course. In total, the city plans to meet 70 percent of its power consumption with biogas and wind energy.
