• The Registry of Vital Records has reopened its counter service for certified copies of birth, death and marriage records following the completion of building repairs due to water damage. The Registry’s genealogical research facility will remain closed December 22nd and 23rd. The Registry will resume normal business hours for all public services on Tuesday, December 27th.
