Important alert for D-SNAP Cardholders

D-SNAP Cardholder Training

The EBT Account website was replaced with the UCard Center website in late Fall 2012. Cardholders will continue to have access to all the convenient features of the current website which is located on the back of the EBT card. Now that the UCard Center website is active, the old link will re-direct the cardholder to the new website. As a security measure, all cardholders will be required to register on the new UCard Center website with a new User ID and password.

New EBT Card

The UCard Center website features a new user interface and allows cardholders to perform several new self-service functions, including:

  • Activating their card
  • Requesting replacement cards
  • Downloading program training materials
  • Viewing pending transactions, and more
